On the Agenda
In this increasingly complex and demanding world of funding
insecurity, new technologies, and systems integration, bring Corporate
Trainer and Counselor Mac Macdonald and Facilities Master Pete van der Have in to help
you create balance and keep things on an even keel.
In this one day seminar, Pete and Mac give everyone
on your staff tools and techniques that will keep them producing at peak
level with peak enthusiasm. Having discussed problem areas or problem
relationships with you prior to the program, they will also provide ideas
and methods that enhance your facilities program.
Why you should take advantage of this opportunity
Pete van der Have gives you a handle on:
 |
Why, as educational facilities professionals, we need to
separate critical services from the more routine ones |
 |
How to identify and
quantify those critical services |
 |
How to know if we are successful in performing those services so that you
achieve the maximum bang with the limited buck! |
| |
And, most importantly
|
 |
How to identify the real speed bumps and potholes that keep us
from achieving success on your schedule.
|
Mac Macdonald creates an atmosphere of
trust where doors to communication that were closed are now opened. As a
result staff show up to work wanting to do one percent better at one
thousand things versus thinking they have to. Mac's
stimulating and enlightening presentations will teach staff to:
 |
Confront each other when necessary without confrontation. |
 |
Shake
themselves out of complacency, never taking an exclusive union line nor an
exclusively management line without empathy and flexibility. |
 |
Stay
knowledgeable about their self worth when getting the job done.
|
 |
Treat themselves as professionals and find all of the tools, techniques
and skills to better face a changing facilities world. |
