A Rock 'n Roll Christmas
The first set will be Holiday and Christmas music done up rock and roll. The second set; pure unadulterated head-on fifties and sixties rock. A wildly fun time for a great cause, and chance to network and see people you haven't seen for a long time.

A Rock 'n Roll Christmas
Starring Flash Cadillac

Highly entertaining, oft-times zany “greaser” fifties-music rock and roll band. Flash Cadillac has appeared on “The Tonight Show”, “In Concert” “American Bandstand”, on the T.V. series “Happy Days” and appeared in the movies “Apocalypse Now” and “American Graffiti”. They have released nine albums and have appeared lately with over fifty different national symphony orchestras. These guys are as entertaining and humorous as they are talented. They bring a house down. (www.somagency.com)

Guest Artists

Bryan Bowers

For nearly three decades, Bryan Bowers has been to the autoharp what Earl Scruggs was to the five-string banjo. He presents instrumental virtuosity combined with warmth, eloquence, expression and professionalism From his rather unglamorous beginning as a street singer, Bryan Bowers has become a major artist on the traditional music circuit. He has redefined the autoharp and is also well known as a singer-songwriter. Bryan has a dynamic outgoing personality and an uncanny ability to enchant a crowd in practically any situation. His towering six foot four inch frame can be wild and zany on stage while playing a song like ‘Dixie’ and five minutes later he can have the same audience singing "Will The Circle Be Unbroken" in quiet reverence and delight.

Bower’s creativity and talent have won him induction into Frets Magazine’s First Gallery of the Greats after five years of winning the stringed instrument, open category of the magazine’s readers’ poll. This distinction put Bowers along side other luminaries, such as Chet Atkins, David Grisman, Stephan Grappelli, Itzhak Perlman, Tony Rice, Rob Wasserman and Mark O’Connor, recognized for their personal accomplishments. In 1993, Bryan was inducted into the Autoharp Hall of Fame to stand only with Maybelle Carter, Kilby Snow, and Sara Carter. (www.somagency.com)

Geoffrey Castle

With a background that includes years as a street performer in New York City, a Tony-Award winning Broadway show, a soloist on major motion picture soundtracks, a bookshelf full of CDs, multiple bands including the Children of the Revolution and the Guarneri Underground, and wielding a six-string electric violin, Geoffrey Castle is not your typical violin virtuoso.  With the release of his first solo CD, “Mist on the Mountain”, Castle brings his deep well of influences and passion for live performance to audiences across the nation.

The songs he will likely to do are: The Ukranian Bell Waterfall and Float Downstream (a Beatles medley) (This one perhaps we could have him back for during the second half as it is more of the rock and less of the Holiday). He may then instead, after the Ukranian Carol, in the first set do a pretty version of “OH Holy Night”. He is an exciting performer. (www.geoffreycastle.com)
